What is Qi Gong? Pronounced "Chee Gong" means "energy work" or building your energetic life force through movement and breath. It has been practiced for over 5,000 years in ancient China. QiGong is a wellness system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that uses movement & breath to increase health & vitality to our body's immune, respiratory, digestive, & nervous systems. QiGong was created from the observation of nature and how our bodies' systems follow the same pattern as nature. The movements are gentle and effective for all abilities and ages. There are many benefits to a qigong practice such as better range of motion, balance, mindfulness, peacefulness, body awareness, and an overall sense of grounding and wellness.
