Wuji Hundun is an 800 year old qigong practice passed down from Master Duan Zhi Liang a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor, Bagua martial artist and swordsman. Master Duan lived to be 107 years old and passed down this practice to Francesco Garripoli, the world renowned qigong master who ZJ had the opportunity to study with and become a certified instructor of this healing and philosophical movement practice. "I am excited to offer this incredible 18 movement practice with you."
