Learn the basics of QiGong through the Golden Qi Ball and 8 Pieces of Brocade. These simple movements can be done at any ability level and are restorative to the spine, joints and nervous system. QiGong promotes balance, strength, and relaxation through movement and breath.
Sunday mornings at 11 am under the giant maple tree at our beautiful Martin Park in downtown Sturgeon Bay we practice qigong as a group in a circle incorporating various movements from the different forms that Zen Jen teaches. Come and participate in the peaceful movement of Qi created when a group practices together. $10 suggested donation. June through September, weather pending.
